Instructions for Making Online Payments to CVTC


Important: You must register with your advisor or online before payment information will appear in Banner. If you register online, you must complete Registration Fee Assessment.

Steps:

  1. Click on link below to access online payment page

  2. Click on “Enter Banner Web”.

  3. Enter your social security number as your User ID.

  4. Enter your PIN number which is your birth date (unless you’ve changed it) in mmddyy format. Example 092582.

  5. Click on “Login”.

  6. You may be asked to enter a security question and answer for verification purposes in the event you ever forget your PIN. If this is the case enter the information and click on “Submit”.

  7. Read the Terms of Usage page and if you agree to our terms click on “Continue”. This page will appear only once per quarter.

  8. Click on the “Student Services & Financial Aid” link in the middle of the page.

  9. Click on “Registration”.

  10. Click on “Pay Online”.

  11. Select term, example “Fall Qtr. 2006”, in the pull down box.

  12. Enter payment amount.

  13. Click on “Pay by Credit Card”.

  14. Enter Credit Card Information.

  15. Click on “Continue Credit Card Payment” to receive approval.
