'Carter Selected as Rick Perkins Award Winner' During Coosa Valley Technical College’s Fall 2000 and Spring 2001 graduation, Paul Carter, CVTC Marketing Management Instructor, was announced as the winner of the Rick Perkins Award 2001. Carter is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Executive Leadership at the University of Georgia. He also has an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
