Your CVTC Student Identification Number (from your Banner schedule) or your Faculty/Staff Identification Number (from your payroll stub) |

One additional source of identification - drivers license preferred |
Schedule for Issuing of CVTC Identification Cards |
Each quarter ID card schedules are publicized on each campus. Generally this is the third full week of classes.
Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Following the full week of issuing ID cards, the library issues ID cards each Monday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. until the end of the quarter. For further information, call Bonnie Streetman at 706-295-6889.
