Fall & Winter 2007/2008 Graduation
The next CVTC Graduation Ceremony will be
Thursday, September 18, 2008, at 7:00 pm
at the Forum in Downtown Rome.
All graduates from
Spring and Summer quarters 2008
are cordially invited to participate.
This commencement excercise will include all candidates receiving
Associate Degrees and Diplomas.
Graduation Applications for Spring 2008 graduates.
are due on or before
Friday, May 9th.
Only those candidates who have completed
a Graduation Application will allowed to walk.

If you need a Graduation Application,
stop by the Office of Graduation Services on any CVTC campus.
We're in Rome everyday from 7:45 to 5:30 in B-115,
and in Calhoun and Rockmart each Wednesday.

Graduation Application
The completed Graduation Application, along with a copy of your high school diploma, GED Certificate or an official copy of your high school transcript, can be returned to the Office of Graduation Services on any campus of CVTC, by FAX at 706-802-5883, or by mail at:

The actual Associate Degrees, Diplomas, and Technical Certificates of Credit are delivered by mail to the address provided on your Graduation Application, before the 10th day on the next quarter. For example, awards earned Spring Quarter 2008 will be mailed on or before July 21st.

Before completing their application, all candidates for graduation
MUST complete the Graduate Exit Survey.
You can access this survey from any computer with Internet access.
It will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
