Coosa Valley Technical College offers short-term Continuing Education Courses to individuals desiring to learn specific occupational skills to enhance their job productivity or personal knowledge. Courses include computer applications, OSHA required safety courses, CPR, contractors license renewals, Spanish courses and personal enrichment courses.

Application & Registration
By Phone:Call (706) 295-6958. VISA, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Businesses may register with a purchase order number.
By Mail:Print and complete the registration form (PDF version) and send it with a check or credit card number, including the expiration date, or purchase order to: Coosa Valley Technical College, Continuing Education Department, One Maurice Culberson Dr., Rome, GA 30161. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
By Fax:Print and complete the registration form (PDF version) and fax it with a VISA or Master Card number and expiration date, or purchase order number to (706) 295-6555.
In Person:Come to the Economic Development Department in Building I on CVTC's Floyd County Campus and register, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1) If a course is cancelled by CVTC, the student will receive a full refund or be transferred to the next available course, at the student's discretion.

2) Pre-registered students may receive a full refund provided cancellation is received 2 full business days prior to the start date of the scheduled class. Students cancelling after the deadline will be refunded 50% of the course fee or be transferred to the next available class. There will be no refunds for students who do not cancel prior to the beginning of class.

3) There is limited class space available. Sufficient numbers must be registered and paid at least one week prior to the course start date or the course will be cancelled. If a course is cancelled, all pre-registered students will be notified by phone or email.
