If you will COMPLETE the pre-occupational courses at the end of SUMMER quarter for the medical program which you plan to enter, you should complete a form in student services BETWEEN AUGUST 20-24, 2007.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE LAST QUARTER IN WHICH CVTC HEALTH PROGRAMS ADMIT STUDENTS VIA WAITING LISTS. Please refer to the new 2007 Health Admissions information page for all notices about the new procedure.

Students who complete a form will have their transcripts reviewed and will be sent a letter no later than October 15, 2007 indicating their status.

Only students who are completing the preoccupational courses at the end of SUMMER quarter should complete this form.
