| Registration Requirements for Certified Customer Service Specialist |
Notice to All Prospective Students Students enrolling for the Certified Customer Service Specialist Certificate must complete proper admissions procedures. Applicants are admitted on a first-to-qualify/space available basis.
How to Enroll Report to the campus of your choice and complete an admissions application and Coosa Valley Technical College's Admissions Test. (Prospective students who have previous high school SAT scores or college credit may submit a copy of their SAT scores or official transcripts to see if they qualify to exempt admissions testing) Pay a nonrefundable $15 application fee. Students must meet these minimum admissions test scores to register for CCSS: Asset: Reading - 38 Math - 35 Writing - 35
Compass: Reading - 70 Math - 37 Writing - 38

Tuition & Fees Qualified students may use the HOPE Grant to pay tuition and fees. Under the HOPE Grant you also receive a book allowance. A $35 technology fee is required, and is not covered by the HOPE Grant. For more information on the HOPE Grant or to see if you are eligible, please contact our Financial Aid Department at 706-295-6835 or 706-295-6942. (At this time the PELL Grant will not cover CCSS Fees) *Students who are not HOPE Elligible for reasons other than defaulted loans or academic history may contact our Financial Aid Department at 706-295-6835 or 706-295-6942 to obtain a scholarship application.
