The mammography program consists of 3 courses, RAD 251, RAD 252 & RAD 253. RAD 251 is clinical, RAD 252 is positioning & anatomy and RAD 253 is the equipment, QA and physics. The program can be completed in 1 to 2 quarters. You must be an R.T.(R) in order to enter the program. See Lori Kilgo for more information about the mammography program. The cost of the mammo program is $28 per credit hour not to exceed 12 hours. The mammo program is 17 hours, so they get 5 hours for free. The estimated costs are subject to change without prior notice. The total for classes will be $336. $26 registration fee $16 activity fee $4 insurance fee $15 medical liability insurance fee. The books are about $150. That makes the grand total for everything $547.
