Jennifer Stephenson Jennifer Stephenson, Program Director/Instructor Jennifer Stephenson is the program director of the Medical Assisting Program at Coosa Valley Technical College. She received her BSN from Grand Valley State College in Allendale MI. She also received her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greenboro, with an emphasis in Community Health Education. Jennifer Stephenson came to CVTC in 2002, prior to that she worked at the Harbin Clinic in Rome, GA. She is a wonderful instructor that will help you with all your needs for Medical Assisting |

Sharon Vaughan, Medical Assisting Instructor Sharon Vaughan, Medical Assisting Instructor Sharon Vaughan received her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing in 1979 from Floyd College, in Rome, GA. She has been employed in Rome and Floyd County since then in a number of positions including: staff and charge nursing positions at both Floyd and Redmond Regional Medical Center, Director of Nursing at a local long-term care nursing facility, and founder and manager of the Clinical Research Department for the Harbin Clinic. Mrs. Vaughan began her teaching career at CVTC in October 2003. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the State University of West Georgia. |
