Biography

Jennifer Carter is a Georgia native hailing from the Atlanta area. She is a graduate of Berry College with B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. She obtained her Masters degree in Education and Counseling Psychology from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Ms. Carter returned to school some time later to receive an additional diploma in Network Engineering and Management from the Computer Learning Centers of Atlanta.

She has utilized all aspects of her educational background by holding various positions with the federal government, adolescent treatment facilities, and AT&T before beginning her own Web site design firm. Ms. Carter came to work for Coosa Valley Technical College in 2000 to begin the Internet Specialist - Web Site Design program.

In addition to her educational background, Ms. Carter brings with her several industry certifications, such as: MCSE+I, MCP, CNA, Net+, IC³, and CIW.
